Service & Protection Agreements (SAPA)

Tasman AV offers tailored service contacts on all new installations. In addition to extending your hardware investment, Tasman AV will keep all your AV equipment operating exactly how it should be.

Service & Protection Agreements Include:

  • Regular Performance Checks
  • Comprehensive Systems Checks
  • Thorough quarterly or 6 month equipment servicing
  • Our audio visual Service & Protection Agreements (SAPA) promise a maximum 48-hour response time and provide loan equipment where necessary if hardware cannot be fixed on site. Tasman AV will remove, fix and reinstall or replace your hardware eliminating manufactures back to base warranty offering.
  • All audio visual Service & Protection Agreements (SAPA) are scheduled to any time frame that suits your requirement
